The East Perth Cemeteries have been through good and bad times during the last 175 years. However as it faced the elements and the vandalism it has found support from the National Trust.

The Trust has responsibility for the maintenance and preservation of the East Perth Cemeteries.

The cemetery must rely on the community to help, by weeding, clearing up general rubbish and securing the area to preseerve the heritage.
