Bushland for Sale

Selling bushland is not the easiest task in the world at the moment! Most people appreciate bushland environments at one level or another and there is huge public recognition that conservation is valued highly.
The wider community fully approves of private property retaining remnant bushland where it is not already cleared, however, ask them which property they would purchase and the answer reflects differently.
On most occasions, a bush block would not be the choice of investment. The reality is that a bushland investment is likely to be a long-term cost instead of an economic benefit.
The challenge at the moment is finding a way of offering bushland as a quality product that is perceived by the wider community as being a valuable asset both environmentally and financially.
