Heritage Agencies in W.A.

Western Australia boasts three main agencies that are dedicated to identifying, conserving and promoting our heritage: the Heritage Council of WA, the National Trust of Australia (WA), and the Australian Heritage Commission.

The Heritage Council of WA is a state Government agency, the National Trust of Australia (WA) is a non-profit agency, and the Australian Heritage Commission is a Commonwealth Government agency.

These three organisation have complementary roles.
