Kelly Rippingale Earns Fellowship from Australian Institute of Architects


The National Trust has great pleasure in announcing Kelly Rippingale, Senior Manager Asset Management was recently awarded a Fellowship of the Australian Institute of Architects!

Congratulations on achieving this significant milestone! Fellowship is awarded to those who have demonstrated a significant contribution to the architectural profession well beyond pure architecture practice.

Kelly attended the Institute of Architects WA International Women’s Day lunch on 8 March 2024 with Michelle Blakeley, architect of the groundbreaking ‘My Home’ social housing program the first project of which is adjacent to Stirling House. The National Trust sends our congratulations to Michelle, who has also been awarded a fellowship of the Institute this year.

Both Kelly and Michelle now hold fellowship status with Margaret Feilman, a pioneer in architecture, town planning and who helped set up the state branch of the National Trust in Western Australia, Margaret was the second women to be awarded a fellowship in Western Australia.
