As we move closer to the end of the year, the festive season is rapidly approaching.
This time of year is filled with joy and excitement as people prepare to celebrate various holidays and traditions. The air becomes filled with a sense of anticipation as decorations start appearing in homes, streets are adorned with colorful lights, and shops display their holiday merchandise.
Families and friends eagerly make plans for gatherings, feasts, and exchanging gifts. It’s a time when people come together to share love, laughter, and create lasting memories.
Whether it’s Christmas, Hanukkah, Diwali, or any other celebration, the festive spirit brings warmth and happiness to communities worldwide.
During the festive season, the National Trust staff will be taking a well-deserved break. To ensure that everyone has an opportunity to recharge and spend time with their loved ones, the West Perth office will be closed from 12:00 PM on Thursday 21 December. We will resume our operations and reopen on Wednesday 3 January 2024.
It has also been decided that some of our Heritage places usually open to the public will also be closed during this time, starting from Friday 22 December. This temporary closure allows us to honor the holiday spirit while preparing for another year of preserving and protecting our valuable heritage. Please check out the Places to Visit page on our website for more details on our closures.
We appreciate the hard work everyone has committed to the National Trust by giving your time as a Staff member, Volunteer or Caretaker and look forward to 2024.
